I ship only within the USA currently via first class mail from the USPS. Other shipping arrangements can be discussed but keep in mind the cost will be more and you are responsible for all shipping fees.
I want you to be satisfied with your purchase so if for any reason you are not, please contact me right away.
Jewelry and Hair Accessories - All sales are final. If there is a defect in construction you have 14 days to contact and return. I will not honor a return because you didn't like the item, or because it didn't fit. You need to know your ring sizes before you purchase. I would be happy to repair a piece that you bought from me even beyond the 14 days, but keep in mind there will likely be a small fee. You will be responsible for all shipping charges. You MUST contact me prior to returning anything. You will need to contact me with the time frame of purchase, item description of what you want to return and why. Please keep in mind that depending on the nature of the repair an entirely new wire construction may need to be done, but I will contact you beforehand, this is also why you need to contact me PRIOR to sending anything back so we can discuss the nature of the repair and/or expense. Please follow care instructions. The better you care for your jewelry, the longer enjoyment you will get from it.
Handbags - All sales are final. All handbags will come with a 30 day repair guarantee from construction defects. These are all hand sewn by me and I want you to allow me to fix seams and the like, should they come apart (which they should not). If you are very hard on your bag or do not take good care of it and it rips, etc, please still contact me to see what can be done. In this event a nominal charge may be given if the bag is repairable. Always contact me before just assuming I will take back the item and/or repair it. The better your description of the problem the better for me. If its been over 30 days and your bag has become damaged, please let me know. I am willing to work with you on repairing if possible but you will be charged for time and materials used. (Note : Handbags are hand-washable/spot cleaning ONLY - I do not recommend putting in washing machine)
Pay by Paypal, or in person with cash, or by mail with a check. If paying by check your item will not be mailed until your check clears the bank. Please keep in mind that can add on to the days until your item reaches you.
